How This Tier List Works
The tiers follow Game8’s criteria. SS operators make a clear difference to an account, especially in hard content like Umbral Monument and RE-Crisis. S+ are core team members or top performers in their role, S are strong fills when you lack a higher pick, and A through C are progressively more niche or replaceable.
A few rules matter when reading it. Only combat counts, not base or outpost skills. 4-star operators are rated at Potential 5, the Endministrator at Potential 2 and everyone else at Potential 0. Damage dealers are judged in their best team, and supports by the strength and flexibility of their buffs and debuffs.
