This Aniimo tier list ranks the best creatures for version 1.1 (Season 1 “Departure with the Wind” Part 2, November 2026), built from the most recent community rankings and the official patch notes. Aniimo has no gacha for creatures, so every unit here can be caught or earned by playing. That changes what a tier list is for: it’s not about what to pull, it’s about what’s worth your Experience Gems and upgrade materials.

Key Takeaways
- Stellarys and Fulmintis are the consensus top damage dealers
- Turbo is the safest support pick because it fits any team
- Rookey and Inferlupa lead the Break role, Somniwing leads Regen
- Prismana Glacy is the top healer on several lists
- Rankings cover base forms unless a form is named
How This Tier List Works
Aniimo teams have four slots and five roles: DPS, Break, Healer, Support and Regen. A creature is judged against others in its role, not against the whole roster. A top healer won’t out-damage a C-tier DPS, and it doesn’t need to.
This list follows Game8’s tier list (updated November 6, 2026), which ranks base forms on damage, Break, healing, support, stats, skills and traits. I’ve cross-checked it against Sportskeeda and GameWith, and the units below appear near the top across all three. Game8 also weighs elemental weaknesses more heavily than the same-type attack bonus, which it puts at roughly 15 to 25%. Where sources disagree, I say so.
S Tier: The Best Aniimo by Role

- Stellarys (DPS): a Dark-type ranged damage dealer that’s hard for enemies to hit
- Fulmintis (DPS): a Lightning melee attacker with the highest base Attack in the game
- Turbo (Support): buffs, shields and healing that work in any team, but no damage of its own
- Sparkelf (Support): strongest in Fire-focused teams
- Rookey (Break): a universal Break unit whose Break scales with Physical Defense
- Inferlupa (Break): Fire-type Break that can also deal Dark damage
- Somniwing (Regen): the go-to Energy battery, not tied to any element
- Prismana Glacy (Healer): a versatile healer that also buffs team damage
Game8’s S tier also includes the two starters, Helion and Lunara, plus Ignitis, Hexxin, Ekrim, Besauce, Pawney, Scorchhowl and several season Aniimo: Hypnyto, Jeburst, Glameep and Pouchwisp. GameWith puts Besauce and Irisalis in its top tier too, and the player-voted ranking on Aniimotools currently rates Irisalis, Prismana Glacy and Somniwing highest.
A Tier: Strong Picks Worth Raising
A-tier Aniimo are powerful but need a specific team or rotation to shine. Game8 lists Tromber, Gracewing, Gachapus, Sugartini, Jabster, Whirlbite, Royalby, Dewple, Luminelle, Sherro and Glynsera, among others.
Several of these matter more than their tier suggests. Gachapus, Sugartini, Jabster and Whirlbite all gained new Prismana Forms in the Whisperwake Isles with version 1.1. Tromber and Gracewing sit at the top of their roles on Metabot’s role-based list, which shows how much rankings depend on how you weight team play.
New in Version 1.1: Season Aniimo

Version 1.1 added 51 new Aniimo. The ones that matter most for team building:
- Hypnyto: a Wind DPS that drags enemies along with it and drops small damage-over-time traps. Its egg is in the free Companion Handbook track.
- Prismana Eklue: a Dark Breaker that gathers enemies and steals life, earned through Season Achievements
- Jaguaraun: a Lightning Breaker and the first Aniimo co-created with players
- Jeburst, Glameep, Pouchwisp and Royalby: four season-exclusive Prismana Aniimo
Rankings for brand-new units are early impressions and tend to move once players test them properly. Treat their placements as provisional until the community has more data.
Best Beginner Team
If you want one team that works almost everywhere, start with a starter or Stellarys for damage, Rookey for Break, Turbo for support and Prismana Glacy or Somniwing in the last slot depending on whether you need healing or Energy. Rookey, Turbo and Somniwing aren’t tied to an element, so they stay useful while you swap your DPS to match the enemy.
Don’t ignore B-tier creatures with traversal skills. Flying, swimming and digging come from your Aniimo, and a creature that opens a shortcut can be worth more on exploration days than a stronger fighter.
How Patches Change the Rankings
Aniimo patches often. The November 6 patch fixed debuffs from Tromber’s and Hexxin’s skills that disappeared too early, and corrected a calculation error in Dewple’s Rapids Dewdrop. Fixes like these can move a unit up a tier without any official buff. The current phase runs until December 9, 2026, and the next season will likely reshuffle the list again.
FAQ
Who is the best Aniimo right now?
For damage, Stellarys and Fulmintis. For a creature that fits any team, Turbo is the safest choice.
Are Prismana forms always better?
No. Game8 ranks Prismana Fulmintis below base Fulmintis, because its extra Light typing adds a Dark weakness without a meaningful skill upgrade.
Do I need to spend money for top-tier Aniimo?
No. Creatures are caught or earned in-game. Hypnyto’s egg is even in the free Companion Handbook track.
How often does this tier list change?
With each season and with balance fixes. Version 1.1 is the current version as of November 2026.
