Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information ArcanePlayer (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit arcaneplayer.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].
The Short Version
- You don’t need an account to use ArcanePlayer, and we never ask for your name or address.
- With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our ads.
- When you click a game offer, the click passes through our affiliate partner AfBooster so the referral can be credited to us.
- Cookies are managed through a CookieYes banner. You can accept, reject or customize them, and change your mind at any time.
- We don’t sell your personal information for money.
Information We Collect
Usage and device data. When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 may collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the link or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country or city, based on your IP address). We look at this in aggregate to see what’s working on the site.
Ad click IDs. If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, the link may include a Google click ID (gclid). We may store it in a cookie and pass it along when you click a game offer, so we can tell whether that ad led to an install or purchase. This is how Google Ads conversion tracking works.
Affiliate click data. When you click a game offer, you go through a tracking link to our partner AfBooster and then on to the game’s site. AfBooster records the click (for example, your IP address, browser, the time of the click and a reference such as the click ID above) so that a resulting install or purchase can be credited to us.
Technical logs. Our host, Hostinger, and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages, keep the site secure and block abuse.
Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to deal with what you reported.
We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Cookies and Your Consent
We use CookieYes to manage cookie consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you choose Accept All, Reject All or Customise. Cookies fall into these groups:
- Necessary: needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Functional: small conveniences such as remembering preferences.
- Analytics and Performance: Google Analytics 4, used to measure traffic and site performance.
- Advertisement: Google Ads conversion tracking and the click IDs used to measure our ads and affiliate offers.
You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button that stays on screen after you’ve made a choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
How We Use Information
- To run, secure and improve the site
- To understand which articles and games people find useful
- To measure whether our ads and affiliate links lead to installs or purchases
- To answer your emails and correct errors you report
Third Parties We Work With
These companies process data on our behalf or receive it when you use the site. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads): analytics and ad conversion measurement. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- AfBooster: our affiliate network for game offers. It tracks clicks and conversions on offer links.
- Cloudflare: content delivery and security. It processes IP addresses and request data.
- CookieYes: cookie consent management. It stores your consent choice.
- Hostinger: web hosting. Our site and its server logs live on Hostinger’s servers.
Once you leave our site for a game’s website or store, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw your consent to cookies at any time
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Complain to your local data protection authority
If you’re in the EU, EEA or UK (GDPR): we use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent. We rely on our legitimate interest to keep the site running and secure, and on your request when we reply to your emails. Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there under the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you’re in California (CCPA/CPRA) or another US state with a privacy law: we don’t sell personal information for money. Using advertising cookies for ad measurement may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out by choosing Reject All, or by turning off Advertisement cookies in the cookie banner. We won’t treat you differently for using any of your rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
How Long We Keep Data
Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings and then deleted automatically. We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your message. Hostinger and Cloudflare keep server and security logs for their standard periods.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle data, for example by adding a new partner, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
